I'd rather fail at something I love, than succeed at something I hate.

Two year ago, at a corporate retreat, I was asked to spend the day defining my "personal values". After finishing the exercise I had a life altering revelation: I'm happiest in the wood shop, not a corporate office. My personal value, I would fine out lend better to building furniture than calibrating performance review scores and approving timecards. After working as an engineering director at a large software company, I decided to change his trajectory and start a wood working business out of my garage, building high quality wood working products, mostly out of reclaimed wood.

Your support has a direct effect on the continuation of this dream: Do what I love, Build what I'm passionate about, always be true to my personal values.
